Nose: Clean pronounced aromas of dried cassis and herb with a hint of toffee and dried plum prevail.
Palate: Raspberries and mint round out the finish.
Food Match: The hint of mint goes superbly with lamb. It is tempting to leave it just for the Sunday roast but we also suggest lamb shanks slow cooked with button mushrooms and honey carrots.
