An exceptional Muscat, my favourite. Definite fruity raisin flavours come through which sing on the palette. Not overbearingly sweet, but just the right level. It does linger as in its description, just long enough for your next sip. It, like a good port, does go well with some dark chocolate, really brings out some alternative flavours. I purchase this in the 5L containers and transfer it straight into an old Bendigo pottery port urn for consumption. Fantastic, will be back again in 6mths for my next batch.
