Wine Maker Notes: The 2015 Vintage was warm and dry allowing for even ripening of fruit flavours and sugar. The fruit that was used in the making of the 2015 Nine Muse shiraz was sourced from a single vineyard site located in the Central Victorian grape growing region. The site has a North facing aspect with rich red volcanic soils. Harvested in the cool of the night, destemmed, crushed into open concrete fermenters. Primary fermentation was for 10 days followed by a further 5 days post ferment maturation on skins before being pressed o. Treated with French and American Oak for 15 months, prior to bottling.
Peak Drinking: 2017 - 2027.
