The Shiraz was tiraged and underwent secondary fermentation in the bottle. After 12 months of maturation the wine was riddled, disgorged and liquored with a 1975 Tawny Port for complextity.
Nose: Smoky chocolate and earthy leather tones.
Palate: Rich and complex with layers of dried fruit, chocolate and earthiness. Great length and depth of flavour.
