Richard David Langdon Buller is the son of Richard and Susan Buller, grandson of Richard and Valerie
Buller and great grandson of the founder Reginald Buller.
Richard was born in Swan Hill, educated in Swan Hill then Corowa and finished his schooling at Geelong Grammar.
After working and being in the winery from the time he was very little, Richard was very adamant he was not going to work for the family business. He was well aware of the long hours, the very hard work over vintage, and all the other things necessary to do from growing the grapes to getting the wine to market.
However, a business degree, a university job at Dan Murphy's and many more long hours in the winery, now see Richard as our Operations Manager.
Born with a good palate, and now a full understanding of the entire winemaking process from start to finish Richard is preparing to lead the Company into the next phase of its journey, preparing the way for generations to come.
With a direction to deliver and maintain the high standard and quality set by his forefathers, Richard will be a big part of the ever changing wine industry and will ensure that the Company keeps pace with all forms of the modern age but remaining true to our old values of winemaking.
As stated earlier this was not Richards choice for a career it was indeed his calling. Richard will be supported by Family and loyal staff members.
